1. Mentoring Workshop (one day)
Mentoring is arguably the most cost-effective developmental intervention an organisation can introduce achieving a great deal of change for relatively little cost. Ninety percent of knowledge in any organisation is in the heads of its people - not sharing this knowledge costs organisations millions of dollars annually. One of the simplest and most effective ways of knowledge sharing is through mentoring.
Structured mentoring programs assist the organisation to transfer skills and knowledge, implement change and achieve its objectives in a positive, learning environment. This workshop has been designed for those interested in becoming a Mentor, giving people the opportunity to gain wisdom from someone who has travelled the path before them, or those interested in introducing mentoring to their organisation.
This one-day workshop forms the foundation training for participants who wish to develop skills and techniques for successful, effective mentoring.
